Quest Ver 3.50 Software Problems?

| Recently loaded Ver 3.50 and having problems getting satellite lock - in
areas where I never had problems before. It'll come in eventually, and I
could have up to 7 satellites, then it will drop out. Sent an email to
Garmin support, but nothing heard back yet.
The Beta version seem to work OK, but the recently released version seems
flaky.

I also have a Garmin Quest with software version 3.50 and I am also
experiensing sudden loss of coverage when driving.I have no problem getting
a lock on, but I may lose coverage suddenly. I am using the built-in antenna
and I have found that i I change the angle (tilt) of the antenna the coveage
will be immediately recovered. I have not found out if this is a software or
a hardware problem (bad connection with the antenna). So please let me know
if downgrading the software helps.
