http://cdgps.gdbc.gov.bc.ca/index.shtml displays history of output of a
GPS receiver at a fixed location. I am interested in generating plots
roughly similar to:
* Scatter Plot View http://cdgps.gdbc.gov.bc.ca/scatter.shtml
I would plot it in 3D with *TIME* as the third axis.

From my reading of _RINEX: The Receiver Independent Exchange Format
Version 2.10_, Werner Gurtner, June 8, 2001 I'm thinking that RINEX data
from CORS stations could provide what I'm looking for. I _KNOW_ that's
not the intended use ;} But could it work?
