I have project about GPS for school.I wonder that is any single gps
chip sending data as sms or e-mail.

I don't think so but you might want to browse / search the popular GPS
chipset manufacturers' websites:

http://www.u-blox.com/
http://www.trimble.com/

There is also a big list of GPS manufacturers here which might be of
help.
