Author G7ToWin A.00.200f: plt to gpx conversion bug report

Hello,

Tried to send an e-mail to Ron Henderson, but his spam filter had blocked
it. So, I'm writing here, hoping he will se this.

During OziExplorer plt track to gpx conversion G7ToWin sets gpx xml encoding
to UTF-8, but leaves track name unchanged. This makes gpx xml broken if
track name contains some non-ASCII characters (with codes larger than 0x7f).
G7ToWin should either set gpx encoding to system's ANSI encoding
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
SYSTEM\CurrentContro
lSet\Control\Nls\Cod
ePage\ACP), or
convert track name from system ANSI encoding to UTF-8.

Thank you,

Olexa Riznyk
