I have a Tungsten T3 and I just purchased a Holux GPSlim236 and I want
to get it to work on the T3.

I have Power on it is Discoverable and Connectable. I also have the
Holux GPSlim236 set up in the Trusted Devices.

The Bluetooth page on the Network line shows "no service" and when I
tap the Connect icon i get a message "You must setup a Bluetooth device
....."

What am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated!

There is no need to pair with the device first. Simply activate
Bluetooth (no need for the Palm to be discoverable or connectable) and
run any GPS application configured for a Bluetooth GPSr (such as CotoGPS
or Cetus) and it'll ask you to pick a device from a list of nearby
devices. Pick the one labelled "Holux GPSlim236" and you're laughing.

How do I know this? Because that's exactly how I use my Palm T|X and
Holux GPSlim236.
