Nokia GPS module for 9300 communicator

Hi folks,

I just acquired a Nokia 9300. I heard about a GPS module that Nokia do
which is compatible with it.

Is there anything special about it, or is it just another piece of
overpriced, branded equipment? Will a normal GPS receiver work with the
9300?

And can you actually get software to perform journey navigation , or will it
just tell you where you are at any given point?
