hi !

there _are_ products for Mexico, just they are not made by Garmin

Bicimapas (a mexican enterprise: http://www.bicimapas.com.mx ) mades
and sells the best topo maps (100 m equidistance, 100 % territory)
available for Mexico, whole road and street network included :-)

I can only higly recommend Bicimapas GPS maps, as I have purchased (and
frequently use with Mapsource) its 2 whole-country detailed maps (topo
map inluded), plus its highly detailed Mexico City GPS map

you can find GPS Maps section of Bicimapas at:

http://www.bicimapas.com.mx/Mapas_GPS.htm

the Topo whole-Mexico GPS map that i have purchased (and used) from
them is described in:

http://www.bicimapas.com.mx/Mexico_Atlas_GPS_En.htm

but there are more specialized variants

i hope this information could be useful to you :-)

greetings
