Author Preferred Nav Software For Pocket PC/Windows Mobile Devices?

My neighbor lent me his slightly-obsolete NavMan to play with for a week.

Now, I suspect it's gonna cost me because I'm hooked.

But I don't want a dedicated automobile unit. Instead, I'd take this
opportunity to migrate my PDA stuff from Palm OS to a Windows Mobile device -
preferably VGA.

Software-wise I'm thinking:
----------------------------------------------------------------
- Readily-available map upgrades
- Ability to load way points from GoogleEarth and/or a GPS
- Voice prompting for turns/direction changes
- Speedometer mode (i.e. big number display that shows speed only)
- Maybe a low speed cutoff for computing moving average - so if I'm
doing a rowing or kayaking workout and drift at .1 mph when "stopped",
it won't be messing with my moving average
