What measurement unit or grid is this? I like to change the system of
measurment on my GPS so I do not have to convert when entering a coord that is
not in my usual hdd.mm.mmm format but this one has me foxed. It's from the USGS
topo maps so I would have thought it would be easy for me to figure out..

to convert the dec. part of degrees to minutes, multiply the dec. part
by 60
60 times .504 =3D 30.24 not 30.203333 60 times .160 =3D 9.6
not 9.676666
