Author Signal Power Guarantee?
Phil

Hi,

Assuming that I am not being shadowed by buildings or mountains, there
must be some minimum signal level guarantee that the GPS constellation
will provide for every location on earth. I was wondering what that
is. Another way of asking this would be, what is the maximum level
that I will be guaranteed to see from at least 3 satellites no matter
where I am on the planet given line of sight to all three satellites?

Thanks in advance,
Phil
