GPS - Resetting my Tomtom

I received a Tomtom One today for Christmas and am having a little
problem with it. When I turn it on, I get a blank screen. Hitting
the reset button on the bottom fixes the problem until the next time I
turn it off.

Any suggestions?

Exchange it, it's not normal.

Try plugging it into your PC and using TTHome.

Might be an issue with the operating system - but make sure you back up
first.

exact same issue here. i returned mine, and store was out of stock.
looking for another one.
