Hi all!
Here is a new program to convert GPS recorded tracks to KML(or
KMZ) files to be used with Google Earth:
www.claudegps.altervista.org

I know, there are already several programs doing this, but I needed
some features that I could not find anywhere else (like graphs and
arrows). So I wrote my own program :-)
There is a brief manual and some screenshots.

If you want to take a look at the program and give it a try you can
download it freely.
Feedbacks are welcome! Especially if you want to suggest new features
to be added. New version is work in progress :P

Enjoy!

Claude

PS: it works on Win, but also under linux with Wine.

You can also use www.TopoShare.org to view your GPS map in Google
Earth. In addition, you can find other GPS tracks shared by users in
your area.

New Version is finally ready for download!!!

Here is an example of main new feature:
http://www.claudegps.altervista.org/img/example.jpg
You can now draw tracks, colouring them related to parameters like
Speed, Altitude, HDOP ecc...
In the example the colour of track is related to it's altitude.

There are other improvmente in the GUI, some bugs solved, added
options to draw 2d/3d arrows, new cool graphs (altitude variation and
satellites signal) and many others things that have been improved.

Of course, it's always free to download.

Have fun!
