Daylight hours and DST in graphs

I found back an executable of a Quick Basic 4.5 program that I made in 1993.
It only runs correctly on an old Windows 95 machine, but it gives sexy DOS
graphs. For another site I have written some articles with many graphs about
daylight and DST:
