GPS - TrackMaker 13.1.259 and Windows Vista

Hi group

Does anyone know of a solution to the following problem:

I installed TrackMaker 13.1.259 on Windows Vista. When I try to run the program
I get the following message:

Run-time error '339':

Component 'mscomm32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a
file is missing or invalid.

I have tried to run TrackMaker in the XP compatibility mode, but the error
remains.

Does anyone know of a solution? Short of reverting back to XP obviously!

Hi,
I do have the same problem and I have this run time error just after
the install. Then I can launch the program and it works fine except
that it can not see the interface Garmin GPS on the USB port.
I think until Trackmaker is making an update for Vista either I go
back to XP or I wait...
I know I'm not very helpful, but you are not alone.
