GPS tracking unit, programmable

| Hi there,
I've been searching the internet for several hours now, looking for a
vehicle tracking unit, which can report to a server by GPRS. Lots of
those available, but all report to a fixed reporting server (monthly
subscription fee required) .
I want the hardware to report to my own server, so I have full control
over the data.
It needs to report the latest GPS location in 1 minute intervals.
Connecting it to the cars internal systems would be nice, but not required.
Do you know of any available?
TIA

| Merci,
But unfortunately they do not sell this unit to countries other than
Brazil...
'Now, we are living a fantastic moment, releasing the Tracker II for
Brazilian market.
We know that many people outside Brazil would have interest to use the
Tracker II, but currently we have some logistics problems.
<...>
As soon as we increase the production with competitive prices, we will
study a way to sell the Tracker II to other countries. '

LOL, I'm not married, nor have a girlfriend currently.
But, I admit, it would be an effective way of spying on her :)

| To all who are following this thread:
I found a possible solution. Yesterday I ordered a Siemens XT65
Terminal, which can be completely programmed using Java.
