So there are some IP addresses in the world wide IP address space
that you don't have access to. Interesting.

For me....
----------------------------------------
ping 155.178.136.54 [fails]
fping 155.178.136.54 [fails]
host 155.178.136.54 [not found]
dig -x 155.178.136.54 [OK]
mtr 155.178.136.54 [OK-partially]
traceroute 155.178.136.54 [OK-partially]
nmap -sP 155.178.136.54 [OK]

The above data indicates some restrictions by the FAA site, which is
not surprising, so it is entirely possible that there are other
restrictions in place that may have to do with regions. It would be
interesting to see if other Australian internet users are also
restricted.
