Depending where you are in the world you can get maps of speed cameras
that you can upload to a good quality routing GPS - I think some Sat
Nav will work too - that tells you when you're approaching a known
speed camera location.
There's not way you can defeat the Policeman with a speed gun/trap...
There's a MUCH easier/cheaper way, don't speed. End of discussion.

Actually there are marine radar detectors. Not used in the same
fashion, design, and intent as automotive radar detectors, but radar
detectors none the less.
