Can a Garmin Nuvi "export" NMEA data via BlueTooth?

I am seriously considering a Garmin Nuvi, probably the 360, but I
haven't done detailed comparisons yet, nor has my wife tried out a
unit in the store.

In addition I am planning to get a Nikon camera in the near future
which supports GPS-data encoding in the EXIF data for the picture. It
would be very nice if I could use the Nuvi as the GPS data source for
the Nikon camera, instead of buying another GPS unit.

I have read that the Nuvi series does not include a serial port for
NMEA output. Also, I have downloaded and read through the Nuvi 360
manual, and there is no mention of NMEA data export. However, I'm
hoping that this is an omission.

Here is some background:

It's now possible to buy a BT-to-Nikon 10-pin connector, which
eliminates the awkwardness of a GPS on/near the camera, plus the
connecting cable itself. Here is one overpriced (in my opinion, at
least) example of the connecting cable+GPS holder. The frame itself,
without GPS, is $395 + shipping.

for a shutter release, unlike the Red Hen unit.

At the current dollar-euro exchange rate, this unit costs about $370,
so I would have to ask myself just how important it is to have GSP
logging for tripod-mounted, remote-release photos.

There are plenty of bluetooth GPS antennas that should work.
