firmware upgrade for HandyGPS HG2000?

I've obtained an HandyGPS for my Visor via eBay but the firmware is too old.
The manufacturer of this GPS http://www.nexian.com is out of bussiness so it seems.

On the internet archive site I've located a firmware upgrade:

Unfortunally this upgrade called handyup.zip containing two files called
HandyUp.prc and HdUpDB.pdb is not archived!

Is there anybody out there that has downloaded this upgrade and is willing to share?
