| Hello. I have had Garmin Gps for years starting with the OLD
streetpilots I now have a 2730 that is not working right and need to
send to Garmin for repair.
I left in on my dash once in outside heat of 95* and it has not worked
correctly since.
In the mean time, I need a garmin to fill in. There are sooo many that
I am lost. Of course I want low price. I don't need bluetooth or
trafiic nor mpeg.
Of course, I want voice and street names and poi's. I don't want to
WINSHIELD attachand want a big screen.
THANKS
WHICH ONE????

from what I understand, if you attempted to find a replacement for the
SP - you could not find a unit with all of the SP features.
correct me if I'm wrong.
If true.. then that means .. it would be important to know WHICH of
the SP features were the most important.... The Nuvi units satisfy a
lot of the mass market folks... apparently but I've heard grumps from
owners of SPs...

There are a wide range of nuvi's on the market and at great prices.

| I was amazed at how many Gamin models were on their website. It was also
inconvenient to go have to go back and forth to each web page to view the
different kinds of units. So I called Garmin and asked for a catalog. It was
easier to that way.
