Terrible Nextar support

| Purchased the Nextar W3G last week at CTC, and found most maps out of
date. Wrote nextar support no replies, looked on their web site, no
help.
Can not fid any way to update the maps and no support. Should have
bought a Garmin or TomTom. at least they have support.
