I'm having difficulty finding a program that comes with the Magellan
Roadmate series of GPS. It's called "Roadmate Tools" and I need it so
I can load POI files into my unit. I can't believe Magellan doesn't offer it
on their website. I've hit a brick wall everywhere I've looked. I posted on
the Magellan NG 3 days ago with no replies.
Also, If you happen to have anything for one of these (non working unit,
mounts, antenna, cradle, power adaptors, etc.) that you no longer need, give
a shout. I may need it. Thanks for any help

It's going to be a problem. I tried to get an update for my version 1
that came with my 300. They said they don't have an update, that I
would have to buy a $200 Memory card to get new updated maps.
This of course, is apples and oranges. Roadmate is for the PC, the
Memory card is for the unit.

Their service is out of India, does that tell you anything?
It tells me I won't be buying their product when I get a new unit.

Likewise...but I still don't understand what happened to all those discs. I
can't find anyone that has or had it, anywhere.
