I have owned my T T go 700 for 3 years now. It has been excellent during
this time until the last few weeks.
The problem is when I switch the unit on a screen appears with an image of
the Go unit. Sometimes a progress bar appears at the bottom of the screen
(when this happens the unit appears to boot up and the menu screens appear.
Just at the moment the screen sticks with the image of the Go on it and
thats it. I have tried the reset with a pin, all that happens is the Red
hand symbol of Tom Tom appears then the screen changes to that described
earlier. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Problem with the ttsystem file.

Suggest you plug your device ito into your PC and treating it like a
removable hard drive, copy all files to a folder on your PC desktop (so you
have a back up including your maps).

Activate TTHome if you have it (or download it from the TT website) then
update your operating system files on the TT device.

New Navcore is V.7
