Read a little:
"This annual report summarizes the activities and accomplishments of the
National
Executive Committee for Space-Based Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT)
during calendar year 2007.
In 2007, the government accomplished significant tasks moving the United
States
forward as the global leader in space-based PNT. In support of that
effort, the National
Coordination Office for Space-Based PNT serves as the executive
secretariat for the
National Executive Committee."
And quit top posting, it makes the conversation read like the answer is
presented before the question has been stated.
Also, when your mother comes back to feed you again, try to show a
little better manners. Otherwise, she might snap at you and only feed
the other puppies.
