What's that stuff, are there people interested in "annual reports" outside
of their work ??

Read a little:

"This annual report summarizes the activities and accomplishments of the
National
Executive Committee for Space-Based Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT)
during calendar year 2007.

forward as the global leader in space-based PNT. In support of that
effort, the National

And quit top posting, it makes the conversation read like the answer is
presented before the question has been stated.

Also, when your mother comes back to feed you again, try to show a
