Denver to LA -> begging for City Navigator 7 for 2610
|
|
|
| Stupid Garmin,
I'm leaving Sunday for a trip to LA (from Denver - hope there's gas).
I ordered City Navigator 7 on 9/15. Thought I had plenty of time, but
they didn't ship till today.
Could anybody get me an image of the DVD (City Navigator North America
DVD for 2610? I do NOT want unlock codes or anything cracked.
I can set up an FTP location.
If anyone is willing to do me a BIG favor, please send E-Mail to:
dlevin31262-tmpreq@yahoo.com

| Well, I'm not really sure my FTP server is fast enough (I don't know
how big the new City Navigator DVD is, and I've never tried a file
this big, but I'd still like to try it).
I've had one very kind offer, but he can't try it until Sat evening.
So, let me throw this out. To whomever helps me get the file, I'll
PayPal a nice "crisp" $20 bill.
A high speed server to host the file on might work better.
Send E-Mail to:
dlevin31262-tmpreq@yahoo.com
(note that this is NOT my Pay Pal E-Mail address)
Thanks, again.

| dude, if I had it I email it to you for free, I myself am looking for
free maps, and it sucks....try limewire.com

|
| Thanks,
I'm really NOT looking for free maps. The disc I'm looking for can be
had for free from Garmin anyway (just not in time for my trip). The
disc is useless until you get an unlock code from Garmin.

Bit tough to do so. I cannot vouch for City Navigator, I have
Metroguide North America V6, and it is 1.7gb!
Even with a T1 uplink, that would take a while!

My DVD is about 600MB... That exceeds the storage limit of each of OUR
three servers...
