Help!

I have a Garmin eTrax Legend running 3.7 sw that won't connect to my my
OSX mac PB 1.5 Ghz running National Geographic Topo sw v3.4.3 with a
keyspan serial to usb adaptor. I have turned off old Palm sw and
trashed all Palm applications. The Legend does connect to a windows
PC via serial port but the PC couldn't find it in the USB port with the
Keyspan adaptor.

Any ideas?
