I'm looking for a good GPS that's fairly easy to use for my wife. I
have been looking at the Garmin 2720. Is this a good reliable unit?

Yes, but personally I prefer the 2610.

Yes it is the top of the line Garmin unit right now for road navigation
in a vehicle. It is also very easy to learn to use.

Take a serious look at the Garmin C320.

I haven't used any of those particular units, but I can tell you that
Garmin's intuitive menus can't be beat.

I just purchased a c-330 which is user friendly, and very easy to use.
After using my uncle's Magellan, I feel the c-330 is very comparable
to it, and quite a bit less expensive than Magellan's.....

That is an irrational statement. Only when you have used each and every
one of them, will be in a position to say that. Be a skeptic, it really
is a lot interesting and more fun in the long run.
