While not navigating a route but with the unit on I have noticed the
following.

If I change the text setting for Exits to Large, the text in the map
display does not appear large unless the street names text is set to
large. Other text settings such as POI and railroads in the display
will appear large regardless of the street name text size.

I also noticed that on some the Major Parkways in the New York City
and Long Island area (not interstates but major routes nonetheless)
some exits in the navigation text on top will not appear in advance or
will only appear while traveling in one direction. They will mostly
appear while on the exit ramp though.

Entrance ramps appear in the navigation text on top almost all the
time which I find quite useless.
