Changes made from version 4.20 to 4.40:

* Corrected some issues with the pre-recorded (non-TTS) German
voice.
* Initial spoken guidance was sometimes omitted when entering the
first street of a route.
This has been corrected.
* Improved the appearance of proximity alerts on the main map.
* Corrected an issue with entering an invalid street during an
address search.
* Corrected an issue with the 'Select Highway' option of the exit
search.
* Only ask to recalculate a route once when in 'Prompted' route
recalculation mode.
* Added an 'Edit Route' button to the Turn List page.
* Improved street searches with diacritic characters.
