MapSource screen shot - save in .jpeg or .bmp???

I backpack and I build web sites. I want to display my maps+tracks in jpeg
images on my website but can't seem to copy a Garmin MapSource screen shot.
I can with National Geographic. I can with Delorme. Anybody got a clue? I'm
using the US Topo.
