Just upgraded from the SP111 to the 2610 but I seem to have a problem with
the unit losing a signal when I'm going a bit quick on the bike. The unit is
mounted to a high quality Touratech mount but it does seem to move more that
the SP111 Touratech mount as the bushes are wider.

The problem isn't there in the car - just the bike............so no
windscreen problems etc.

Sometimes the speed appears to "freeze" for a few seconds and then it is ok.
My theory is that this is a loss of signal but resumes before the unit
advises me. Other times I get the audio warning and on my usual route I
received the warning about a dozen times yesterday - never used to get it at
all with the SP111.

Any views?
