Is City Navigator 6.02 woth the $150 upgrade fee?

| I currently have North America City Navigator and the Street Pilot III and
want to know if there is any update from my version to 6.02 that would be
worht $150. I am going to buy a Garmin 276C very soon and would like to know
if I can use my current version with it and my Street Pilot III. I will also
probably buy Garmin Bluecharts. It sucks that Garmin will not alow you to
view the map detail before you actually unlock the software.
