nRoute English software version 2.4 as of May 11, 2005

Changes made from version 2.3 to 2.4:

* Fixed the issue where the European language version of nRoute was
not starting on some computers.
* Fixed a problem that was causing nRoute to fail while navigating
along certain roads.
