| Has anyone tried it yet? Any problems? I'm leaving on a trip week after

| I've also used it with no problems. Wi that being said, if I was about to go
on a trip and wanted to rely on it during the trip there's no way I'd
install a beta version. I only installed it now because I can aford to be
without for a while if there's problems (and I still have the old version
loaded on another PC).

It has been transferred to the much better, and free for download nRoute
software. No loss, no foul.

.... unless you are using MetroGuide 5 or later which nRoute cannot use for
routing. This means that you now need to load a separate program for real
time tracking, with no other benefit. Loss and foul!

Doh! Didn't realize that. I have only used MG 4.01 and CS6.
Since it is a beta, I hope you are complaining loudly to Garmin about the
loss of functionality.
