StreetPilot c320 software version 4.20 as of June 7, 2005

Changes made from version 4.00 to 4.20:
* Added Iceland timezone.
* Improved Portuguese translations.
* Corrected possibility of unit reporting 'System Software Missing'
when powering on in cold temperatures.
* Improved SD card detection.
