I currently have a Garmin eMap with various R&R and Metroguide CDs.
I am thinking about upgrading to a Quest
Is there a web site which explains what can be loaded onto a Quest?

Yes there are, try http://www.garmin.com/products/quest/
The European version of Quest has an internal memory of 243 mb, so you can
for example load all the Mapquest City Select maps for the whole UK and
Ireland into the memory and still have room for more maps.
