Does anyone use any device other than a PC or Laptop to store maps on, then
upload them to a GPSMAP 76CS? I'd like to have the ability to take with me
on vacation a whole lot more than my GPS will carry, but don't want to lug a
laptop.
I've seen postings about card readers and/or pocketpc's, but a customer
service rep at Garmin said they won't work with a 76CS. Any suggestions?

I believe the service rep is correct. Either Laptop or stick with what
you have, or replace your Garmin with something else.
