I currently have the SP 2610.. One thing that gets me is there seems to
be a lot of shaded areas around my house and sometimes the GPS loses
signal. I saw that another unit has the "dead reckoning" feature that
when installed by a garmin dealer it allows you to keep coverage.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Josh

About...? The product you are asking about is the 2650 (or the 2660 if
you want preloaded maps). Not many people have 'em.

About? I was asking if the new garmin 2720 would have dead reckoning..
No ideas on that one? I know that the 2650 and 60 do, but was curious
about the new model.

Thanks though

No dead reckoning on the 2720.
