New guy here - I would like to use the Rino 530 for both street and land
nav. Any ideas on which software (CD) I should use? Is there much
difference between City Nav and Metro Guide?

Thanks in advance,

Thom

City Nav will do navigation in any nav capable Garmin GPSR. MG will not.

If you do not have that type of GPSR you do not need CityNav.

I believe, now, the map data is the same.

I recommend City Select.
