I just bought CS 7 for my Legend C and in the MS user's manual it
says that you can go to garmin.com\update and downlds and select
your unit and agree to terms and update the dated POI database but
it's not there. What is there is the auto updater which I ran days ago
but the POI's are still real old.

Does this exist or is this just an old manual? If you update the POI's

will it erase waypoints already in the SW?

As I recall, the POI Updater works with only certain, newer GPSRs. May
not include the Legend.
