As your GPSr doesn't know where it is but only thinks it knows where
it is, it's impossible to determine its accuracy without averaging
many position readings at a known survey point. The 'Accuracy' figure
shown on the display is the Estimated Position Error, EPE, which is
calculated using an algorithm the details of which manufacturers keep
very close to their chests. As such, it is objectively meaningless to
the user.
