Exporting Tracks into Excel, Importing Tracks from Excel

| Can this be done? It seems that Mapsource is able to export to a text
file; however, after creating the text file, MapSource cannot seem to
open it. At least that is my experience so far... help?

This is not a feature of MapSource as far as I can see.
Look into http://www.gpsu.co.uk or GPSBabel - I think you can convert file
formats there.

| Thanks for the info. Although I don't see a function that will do
precisely what I was immediately looking for, I do see an example (on
the gpsu web page) of what I ultimately want to achieve (making my own
maps, that is).
I am sure to learn more as I investigate. Thanks for your repsonse, it
has been helpful.
