| I followed the indstructions on the City Navigator Update to the letter,
including the entry of the codes when so instructed.
After 84 minutes of data transfer, I followed instructions. ON
attempting to start the nuvi, I got the following message:
"Csn't unlock maps."
Has anyone encountered this problem? Were you given a solution. I
e-mailed Garmin, but so far have heard nothing.

| go to gpspassion.com and look at their Nuvi forum. Many have the problem.
Mos thave solved it.

| John, I had the same problem. I called Garmin and they fixed it by
actually taking control of my PC and downloading a file to my Nuvi.
All while I sat there and watched on my monitor.
