Hi

I am looking at a GPS unit with a map display for both AutoRouting and
hillwalking. I am looking at a Magellan model (waits for boos and
hisses to calm down) but am v persuaded by the etrex legend C mainly
because on previewing the maps from the respective websites the Garmin
maps seem to be more detailed for the areas that I want and actually
has the road that I live on which is absent from the Magellanmaps even
though it has been built for 6 years.

Essentially I would like to try and fit the UK data from MetroGuide
Eurpoe V7 on a 1Gb SD card, is this possible?

I would also like to fit the Topo GB V2 on another 1Gb SD card again is
this possible?

If the answers to the above are no, how many 1Gb cards would I need?

Regards
John

I didn't know the Legend C used SD cards. The Legend Cx uses micro SD
cards, though.
