Voice guidance commands have gone away

I have a Garmin IQue 3600 and the voice commands have gone away. I have
tried every setting, with no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Reload the audio files from the set up disk.

Is there anything special I need to be aware of before trying this? It
