With my Mapsource I have yet been able to get the maps to display for both
the US NE Topo and Canada Base or Canada metro.
It does appear that I can load both US and CA on my 76cs: it looks like that
to me by transferring from the 76cs to mapsouce and in the maps window it
does list both.
Am I missing something? Traveling, Kayaking and Snowmobiling we are in both
countries and do need both on the GPS.
Also - similar problem with INRoute.

I might have to do a few other post for these but:

Now that my 76 cs is out of warranty I would like to hack it in order to be
able to turn off and on the display to save battery as 75% of the time I do
not need the display but need it to record - and yet keep it water proof.
Any ideas? Anyone already done it?

When trying to map out a route in Mapsource for Kayaking it keeps snapping
to the nearest railroad or town or road and it is next to impossible to keep
it in the water. I looked at all the settings and I don't see where there is
a 'keep on road's in MapSource to turn off. What am I missing?

Here is a Bigger Hack: Any one hack it in order to add a larger external
display? I hoping for a rollup organic display! : )
