Windows XP x64 edition

| Hi,
My new PC is running Windows XP x64 bit version.
The Mapsource software for my one year old Quest, City Select Europe
V6 abd V7 update loaded onto the PC with no problem.
However the Quest is not being "found" when trying to upload/download
maps/routs etc.
Is this something to do with the drivers not being 64 bit compatible?
If so does anyone know if Garmin intend producing 64 bit drivers?

I had the following reply from Garmin
"Good Afternoon,
Thank you for contacting Garmin Europe.
In regard to your email, at this time I can confirm Garmin do not
support or have software available for x64 bit systems. I will pass
your suggestions onto our engineers, but cannot guarantee any changes.
Best Regards,
Luke Razack
Product Support - Garmin (Europe) Ltd"
Why am I not surprised at Garmin's attitude?
