Many folks here tout the 350, but the 260 is $100 less (per Circuit City's
current pricing, as one data point). Per Garmin's comparison page, it
appears the 260 and 350 are virtually equivalent; the 350 having MP3, FM
traffic capability, Bluetooth, Black Tooth, White Fang... features I don't
want and have no use for.

Other than those features, is there anything about the 350 that really makes
it a better, easier to use, more reliable navigation tool than the 260?

Thanks,
Howard

Reading the comparisons on the Garmin web page, the 260 is a better deal
unless you want Bluetooth. List price is only $57 different, but the $100
difference in selling price makes it very attractive.

No BT on the 350!

There is no MP3 player or traffic option for the nuvi 260. Those are
the differences...

Thanks for all the replies. I know that there is no player or traffic...
What I'm really wondering is whether there are other, more subtle features
and operating differences that the 350 might have that the 260 doesn't. For
example, on the 260 screen shot, I don't see a north arrow. From various
in-depth reports on the 350, as well as reading Garmin's on-line manual,
it'd seem that it offers a lot, but it IS older; I'm looking for similar
reports on the 250/260, as well as its manual. Then I can make a more
informed choice. Oh, I forgot: the 260 lacks the case, AC adapter, and USB
cable that are provided with the 350. Those are worth something.
Something....

Also, there is a "new" 350C available...that has a brighter screen and a
few other differences.

Such as... ? I did notice Circuit City shows a 350C but, wondered just
what that was. The Garmin website doesn't show it.
