I downloaded and installed this and it works fine for screenshots from
my eTrex Legend. However, it won't do anything at all with the Nuvi 350,
is this expected? Or, am I doing something wrong?

To see the edited symbols on the GPS receiver I have to upload them to
it. The first thing that ximage does is look for an attached GPS
receiver. Is that happening with the 350? And then can you follow
through and select the edited waypoints and upload them?

If all that is happening, then I'd look at a waypoint (Favorite?) on the
350. If you can edit the waypoint's assigned symbol you should be able
to see the edited symbols that you uploaded as choices from the group of
Custom symbols.

At least that is how it works on the 76Cx. I'm not sure how much of
that applies to the 350.

The ximage page is not real specific as to the models it will or will
not work with but there is a link there for submitting feedback by
email, maybe you can ask them the question:

Maybe that's a good thing then. Use it or lose it. I'm pretty well
into the golden years at 65, I can't help but think about that
occasionally. I'm knocking on wood here now...
