Author Nuvi 660 & Nuvi 260 gives different arrival times

I have had a 660 for awhile...my brother just got a 260. With the units
side by side, we set the same destination. Both units gave identical
directions YET the 260 had my brother arriving 30 minutes quicker. Any
thoughts as to why there would be a difference?

Your brother is a better driver.
You have to stop to pee more often
He has a faster car
You can pass a Starbucks and not stop for a latte
Mom always like him better anyway.

Or, you have a different set of settings. I wonder if you have it set to
avoid highways, or toll roads, or something else, that may make a difference
even on the same route How long of a trip is it to get that much of a
difference? It is also possible Garmin is using a different algorithm too
that makes different speed assumptions for the same road..

Is one set for foot or bicycle travel, the other a motorbike? :)

The 260 is more aerodynamic creating less wind resistance.
